Delray to Windsor · 2026
A publicly owned cable-stayed crossing to Canada, the first new road bridge between Detroit and Windsor since the Ambassador opened in 1929. Canada funded construction and recovers it through tolls.
Worth noting. It missed a September 2025 target. Reporting at the turn of the year had it 98 per cent complete and projected to open as early as the first quarter of 2026.

Greektown · Due fall 2026 · $20 million
Greektown's main thoroughfare rebuilt as a pedestrian-first street rather than a road with sidewalks attached. Work began in March 2025.
