About this event

As the season changes, many of us feel it in our bodies before we name it. We feel restless, scattered, tired but wired. In Ayurveda, fall is Vata season, when cool, dry, windy energy can leave us ungrounded..This evening is your invitation to slow down and settle in. We'll start with warm herbal tea Then we'll move through 30 minutes of slow, grounding stretches to ease any tension from the day. After that comes calming breathwork and a guided meditation inspired by the trees, which let go of what they no longer need and pull their energy down into their roots. We'll close with a cup of tea and a short journaling reflection. All levels are welcome. **Bring a mat if you have one, and wear comfortable layers.** Space is limited to 20 guests.
